Start with your GitHub repo or README. OpenAgentSource will prefill as much of the submission as possible, and you can review and edit everything before submitting.

OpenAgentSource accepts native ecosystem manifests such as MCP server.json or A2A Agent Cards. You do not need to rewrite your project into a proprietary OpenAgentSource format.

For MCP projects, you can provide your official server.json as the canonical manifest.

This is your self-assessment. OpenAgentSource may assign a different public risk level after review based on permissions, integrations, write access, credentials, and user impact.

Examples: Google Drive, Calendar, GitHub, LinkedIn, Stripe, WebCake, Pexels, external APIs.

List API keys, OAuth access, tokens, secrets, or user accounts required.

Describe any local files, folders, config files, or device resources the agent reads or writes.

Can the agent create, update, delete, send, publish, commit code, or modify external systems?

Describe which actions require explicit human approval before execution.
