Private beta terms

Terms of use.

These lightweight beta terms explain how OpenAgentSource listings, manifests, and submissions are handled during the private beta.

Private Beta Status

OpenAgentSource is currently offered as a private beta. Features, policies, listing review criteria, and availability may change as the service develops.

User-Submitted Manifests and Listings

Agents, manifests, links, install instructions, creator profiles, descriptions, permissions, trust labels, and related listing information may be submitted by third-party creators. Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, permissions, documentation, rights, and claims related to their submissions.

No Agent Execution

OpenAgentSource lists, validates, categorizes, and distributes portable AI agent manifests and packages. OpenAgentSource does not execute, host, operate, or control third-party agents.

No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any agent, manifest, package, endpoint, or workflow will perform as described, remain available, be secure, or be suitable for a particular purpose.

User Review Required

Users must independently review permissions, manifests, source links, install instructions, reviews, trust labels, risk levels, creator profiles, and agent outputs before using any agent. High-risk or consequential use requires human review.

Reviews and Feedback

Reviews and feedback may be moderated. OpenAgentSource may approve, reject, remove, or edit reviews for spam, abuse, defamation, unsafe claims, irrelevant content, or trust and safety concerns. Reviews reflect user opinions and are not guarantees.

Do not submit confidential, private, regulated, or sensitive personal information in reviews or feedback forms.

Prohibited Content

Do not submit malicious agents, credential-stealing workflows, unlawful content, deceptive listings, malware, privacy-invasive tools, infringing content, or manifests designed to bypass security controls.

Listing Removal

OpenAgentSource may review, reject, hide, remove, edit, or label listings at any time, including for safety, quality, legal, operational, or private beta reasons. Review, approval, labeling, or listing does not mean OpenAgentSource guarantees safety, quality, legality, or performance.

No Professional Advice

OpenAgentSource listings and agent outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, security, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenAgentSource is not liable for losses arising from third-party agents, submitted manifests, package links, external endpoints, user decisions, or outputs generated outside the platform.
